Everyday Legal Solutions was built by a team of expert commercial attorneys who kept seeing the same problem: South African SME owners needed proper legal documentation, but getting it from a law firm was too costly for exactly the businesses that needed it most. So business owners made do: a template pulled off Google, a verbal agreement with a co-founder, a WhatsApp thread standing in for a client contract. It works, until it doesn’t.
ELS exists to close that gap.

ELS is not a law firm, and we don’t pretend to be. We operate within the boundaries set by the Legal Practice Council: what we provide is legal information and structured guidance, not legal advice. When a situation genuinely calls for an attorney, we say so, and we connect you to one through our professional referral network of vetted attorneys rather than leaving you to figure it out alone.
